Hello! I’m Angel.

I am the founder of the food blog Dulcet Scintilla. I started blogging to escape from my life of clinical research. My mom Teneisha decided that we needed to start selling the amazing food that was featured on my blog. For two years, we played around with the menu and services provided to discover that our mini cupcakes and cookies ultimately brought us the most joy.

Cue the music! Once again we were dancing in the mirror and singing in the shower! It wasn’t long after, that our customers began raving about our mini cookies and requesting specialty flavors. Now they were the ones who were dancing, singing and having their own nostalgic moments.
