Details Released for 2025 Taste of Wheaton, Featuring Free Pop-Up Roller Rink
Additional details have been released about the 2025 Taste of Wheaton, which will take place on Sunday, June 1 at Marian Fryer Town Plaza (2424 Reedie Drive) in Wheaton. The annual community event features food, live music and dance, rides, and children’s activities. New this year, according to the Wheaton Urban District, is a free pop-up roller skating rink.
Per the news release: “One of Montgomery County’s most beloved community events is back and more flavorful than ever. The “Taste of Wheaton” festival returns on Sunday, June 1, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., offering a full day of local restaurant offerings, live music, family activities and entertainment—all in the heart of Downtown Wheaton. Held at Marian Fryer Town Plaza (2424 Reedie Drive), just steps from the Wheaton Metro station, this free, outdoor festival highlights Wheaton’s culinary diversity, vibrant arts scene and strong sense of community. The event will take place rain or shine.
“Taste of Wheaton is a celebration of everything that makes this County special—our diversity, our food, our music and our people,” said County Executive Marc Elrich. “This is a great chance for families, friends, and neighbors to support local restaurants and artists while enjoying everything Wheaton has to offer.”
