I am deeply honored, profoundly grateful, and filled with overflowing joy to share that I, Teneisha Bell-Thompson, have been accepted into Cohort 10 of the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business program.

This initiative is so much more than a program—it is a powerful catalyst for bridging the opportunity gap, fostering economic equity, and driving sustainable growth for Black women founders across the country. To be counted among this incredible network of visionaries is an immense privilege.

Validating the Vision and the Work Ahead

This acceptance is a validation of the vision we’ve built, but more importantly, it is a commitment to the hard work still ahead. September marks the official start of securing the foundation to scale Bell’s Reines to new heights.

As an entrepreneur, growth requires a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone and confront the unknown. I truly believe that knowledge is true power, and I fully embrace the reality of not knowing what I don't know until I experience it firsthand. With pure excitement, I am ready to dive in.

The Journey Ahead: Fall 2026

Beginning this September, the intensive 12-week curriculum will take us deep into the mechanics of sustainable business growth, focusing on vital operational and financial milestones:

• Positioning for Growth & Financial Mastery: Diving into strategic positioning and mastering financial statements to ensure our fiscal foundation is rock solid.

• Customer Acquisition & Pricing: Refining how we attract our ideal customers and optimizing our pricing and profit structures.

• Operations & Capital: Perfecting our logistics, preparing to access capital, and streamlining marketing essentials to turn insights into sales.

From mastering daily operational challenges to deepening relationships with customers, clients, and capital strategy, we are ready to tackle every phase head-on.

Building With Purpose

Every milestone we reach is part of a larger story. Staying true to The Bell's Reines Way, I am nurturing a lasting legacy that makes my late father proud, honoring the values of resilience and dedication he instilled in me while pouring my whole heart into our community.

This program gives us the tools, but the drive, the community, and the mission remain entirely our own. We are ready to learn, ready to grow, and ready to scale.
