At all times, I have to have something sweet in my house. It can be fruit, juice, cake, or beignets — but it’s usually cookies. Though I’ve been known to bake a batch or two myself, I don’t always have time to whip them up on my own. Fortunately, many retailers and bakeries can take care of the preparation part so all I have to do is buy them. I’m not going to turn my nose up at a store-bought cookie, but there’s something about a freshly baked cookie that makes it feel special and somehow taste even better. I thought I’d only find that quality in cookies made at home or by my favorite neighborhood bakery, but that all changed the moment I tried Bell’s Reines Mini Gourmet Cookies. I have a big sweet tooth, and of course I’ve tried a ton of cookies over the years, but these are some of the best I’ve ever found online.
